It's Getting Closer............

As each day gets closer we have more to get ready. We have three different pick up times: Unaccompanied baggage, non temporary storage, and our HHG (House Hold Goods). Tomorrow the unaccompanied baggage packers are arriving. For weeks now we have been discussing, making lists, and deciding what items will go on which pick up. Tonight is the last night we will have our computer hooked up until about two weeks after we arrive in Japan. I will try to post updates/pictures from my phone/iPads along the way. 

Passports Are Kind of a Big Thing......

As important as they are, our passports have not arrived yet. Our flights are booked for August 30 and we, or should I say I am getting nervous. If they don't show up on time we will be pushed back another 2 weeks. All of our goods will still be picked up as scheduled and we will be without everything but what is in our suitcases until we leave. Having said that..........the least I can say is that the adventure has already begun! I'm staying positive and thinking that it will all fall into place.

Some "See you later" visits.....

We took a couple days to go down to visit my mom and my two grandmothers before things get really hectic. It was a great visit and I am so glad we did! Love that my boys have these three ladies in their lives. Lukas is such a great big brother!

A New Chapter
